Shipping Policy

Coverage: Moonlit Supply ships to all 50 states.

Discreet packaging: Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no cannabis-related branding or messaging on the outside. The only identifier on your package will be "MS CO."

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Cost: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Moonlit Risers members at the Crescent tier and above unlock free shipping on qualifying orders.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Cancellations: We can only cancel or change an order if it hasn't already shipped. Email us as soon as possible at support@moonlitsupply.com with your order number in the subject line, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request before the order ships. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
