Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.

Returns
We will only accept returns on unopened, unused items purchased within the last 30 days. Because of the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)
We do not offer refunds on damaged items — only exchanges for the same item, and only in cases of severe damage clearly incurred during shipping. Requests related to minor imperfections will not be honored.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email support@moonlitsupply.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos showing the damage.

  2. We'll review your claim and let you know next steps. We may ask that the damaged item be returned or disposed of.

  3. If an exchange is approved, mail the item, its original packaging, and your proof of purchase to:

  1. Your package must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date.

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for exchange items lost in transit.

Exchanges are only available for the same item originally purchased — no refunds will be issued.
