This guide walks you through how to build the ultimate cannabis vaporizer setup: a five-piece, four-brand system engineered to deliver the coolest, most flavorful vapor possible. When it's assembled and dialed in, the pull is effortless, the flavor is so rich and continuous that a single session can keep your palate engaged for 15 minutes or more while you hit the rig.

Here's everything you need and exactly how to put it together.

Step 1: Chill the Recycler Bong Pro Base and Freeze the Glycerin Pieces (60 Minutes Before Your Session)

⏱ Allow 60 minutes — plan ahead.

Start your prep by getting everything that needs to be cold into the freezer or fridge now.

Recycler Bong Pro base: Fill the base of the Recycler Bong Pro with water 1–2 inches above the slits in the showerhead percolator. Tilt gently to confirm water moves freely and pour out any excess — too much water restricts airflow and causes splashback. Place the filled base in the refrigerator to chill.

Glycerin pieces — into the freezer:

• Place the Sapphire in the freezer dry. Water goes in after it comes out — not before.

• Remove the glycerin coil from the Recycler Bong Pro and place it in the freezer alongside the Sapphire.

• Set a timer for 60 minutes.

⚠️ Important: Do not add water to the Sapphire before freezing. Once the glycerin coil is fully chilled, it will freeze any water you pour in on contact, blocking the chamber. Always fill the Sapphire immediately before use, after it comes out of the freezer.

💡 Pro tip: Use purified or filtered water in the Recycler Bong Pro base. Tap water can leave mineral deposits over time and affect flavor.

Step 2: Fill the Sapphire and Mount It on the Volcano

Once the 60 minutes are up, retrieve the Sapphire from the freezer. Immediately fill the top chamber with purified water until the internal vents are fully submerged — work quickly, as the frozen glycerin coil will begin cooling the water on contact. Don't overfill; just enough to cover the vents.

Now load and mount:

1. Load your ground herb into the Volcano's filling chamber — a medium-fine grind works best for even vapor production. Replace the chamber onto the Volcano base.

2. Place the red O-ring onto the Volcano filling chamber.

3. Set the Sapphire directly on top of the filling chamber and press down gently until it sits snug, with the base of the Sapphire resting flush on top of the filling chamber.

4. Power on the Volcano Hybrid and set your desired temperature. A range of 370°F–392°F (188°C–200°C) is a great starting point for full flavor and smooth vapor.

5. Allow the Volcano to reach temperature — the indicator will signal when it's ready.

Step 3: Connect the Elev8 Adapters and Hose

Pre-connect the hose to both adapters first:

• Attach the female 10mm water pipe adapter to one end of the replacement hose.

• Attach the male 18mm water pipe adapter to the other end.

Then connect to the Sapphire:

• Fit the female 10mm adapter into the top of the Sapphire until snug.

Vapor path so far: Volcano Filling Chamber → Red O-Ring → Sapphire (water + glycerin cooling) → Female 10mm Adapter → Hose → Male 18mm Adapter

💡 Pro tip: Pre-connecting the hose to both adapters before attaching to the Sapphire makes the whole assembly much easier to handle.

Step 4: Assemble the Recycler Bong Pro and Connect

Retrieve the chilled Recycler Bong Pro base from the refrigerator and the frozen glycerin coil from the freezer.

1. Insert the glycerin coil into the Recycler Bong Pro.

2. Place the male 18mm water pipe adapter into the Recycler Bong Pro downstem.

3. Connect the hose running from the Sapphire to the male 18mm adapter in the Recycler Bong Pro.

You're ready to rip. The full vapor pathway now looks like this:

Volcano Filling Chamber → Red O-Ring → Sapphire (water + glycerin cooling) → Female 10mm Adapter → Hose → Male 18mm Adapter → Recycler Bong Pro Downstem → Showerhead Percolator → Recycler Water Function → Frozen Glycerin Coil → Mouthpiece

That is four stages of filtration and cooling between the heat source and your lungs.

Step 5: Take Your First Pull

Everything is connected. The Volcano is at temperature. The glycerin pieces are frozen. The water chambers are chilled. Here's how to pull:

1. Press the fan button on the Volcano Hybrid. This activates the forced-air system, pushing vapor through the herb, through the Sapphire, and into the Recycler Bong Pro.

2. Place your mouth on the Recycler Bong Pro mouthpiece and inhale slowly and steadily.

3. When you're ready to stop, release the fan button.
